Chapter Partners: Lethabo and Reshoketswe (Thlolo Foundation)

Reshoketswe Chiloane is a Finance Professional who works in the NGO space, with particular focus on youth skills development and entrepreneurship. Her interests lie in education, youth empowerment, and community development. In her spare time, she balances her studies, a good book in one hand, and her son on the other. Her passion for the development sector was strengthened as a Fellow with the Young African Leaders Initiative, and a former mentor with The DreamGirls International Outreach and Mentoring Programme. She founded Thlolo Foundation with a vision to give back to the community, and hopes to empower social change makers through Net2Polokwane.

Lethabo Rampya works in the Philanthropy sector where she interacts with community organisations who work in remote and underserved areas. She has a strong belief in the power of community and collaboration, having witnessed this first hand in her work. In her spare time, she balances her studies, a good book, and walks through markets in Cape Town where she hunts for a plate of good food! She’s extremely passionate about developing community organisations, and believes that organisations, no matter how small and remote, can use technology to increase their access, expand their reach, and deepen the quality of their programs. She’s excited to facilitate conversations like this through Net2Polokwane.
